Starting the week of February 9, 2026- June 2026

Our new cheer class will focus on everything cheer! More tumbling, jumps, stunts, poms, and a little dancing! On the last day of this program we will have a performance and demonstration from 7-715pm.

We are so excited for our all new Hip Hop Fitness class! Get ready to stretch, build strength, balance, and coordination all while moving and grooving to Hip Hop jams. The last 20 min of each class will be focused on dancing while also working on our fitness.
